 RE-CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES

After completing all repairs / replacements that our technician has indicated on your Certificate of Compliance, please complete the
TLL Re-Certification Request Form. In order to re-certify quickly and without delay, make sure that all areas are completed. This new system is designed to be compatible with ISO requirements and will require less paperwork for you to send.

You will receive by mail a letter acknowledging your repairs / replacements. (This can be faxed at your request.)

Our new re-certification certificate is designed to list all requested repaired equipment. If you require an individual certificate for an item please let our sales staff know.
